Creatively Commercial is a trading name of Creatively Commercial Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17342202), registered address Unit 7, 3-5 Little Somerset Street, London, E1 8AH. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.
1. What information we collect
When you use this website or contact us, we may collect the following personal data: your name and email address (when you contact us via email or book a meeting); your job title and company name (when provided voluntarily); and technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via standard web analytics).
We do not use any embedded forms on this website that collect personal data without your knowledge.
The AIOS Diagnostic tool does record what you tell it, so that we can show you your result and understand how the tool is used. As you work through it we store your answers, a random visitor identifier, the page you arrived from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your device type, and a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself, which cannot be recovered from the hash). If you choose to enter your details at the end, we also store your name, email address, agency name, role and website, so that we can review your result and contact you. You can complete the diagnostic without submitting any contact details.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry or fulfil a meeting request; to send information about our services where you have requested it; and to improve this website and understand how it is being used. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Lawful basis for processing
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by UK GDPR: legitimate interests (to respond to business enquiries and improve our services); contractual necessity (where you have engaged us or are in the process of doing so); and consent (where you have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us). Where you use the AIOS Diagnostic, we process your responses and technical session data on the basis of our legitimate interests in understanding how the tool is used and improving our services, and the contact details you submit in order to send you the result you asked for.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies to understand how visitors use it. We use analytics software for this purpose. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. By continuing to use this website, you consent to the use of essential and analytics cookies as described here.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Enquiry and meeting data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact. AIOS Diagnostic sessions and responses are retained for up to 24 months; a diagnostic session against which you did not submit contact details is not linked to your identity. Client engagement data is retained for 7 years in line with standard UK accounting and legal requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@thecreativelycommercial.com.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate data; to request erasure of your data; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; to request restriction of processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@thecreativelycommercial.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
This website may use third-party services including Calendly (for meeting booking) and a web analytics provider. These services may process personal data on our behalf. Where they do, we ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place. Calendly's own privacy policy governs data collected through their platform.
8. Contact and complaints
For any privacy-related queries, contact us at hello@thecreativelycommercial.com. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent version. We will not notify you of minor changes, but will do so for any material changes that affect how your data is used.
